This concept album is a fully creative commons tribute to sufferers of Alzheimer's and Dementia.

This is coming up to different places. 3xμ's "Everything Is Magnified When It Is Done" goes in a different direction of vaporwave, even coming close to oceangrunge, but without the ocean. He uses math rock and even a bit of a "death's dynamic shroud" touch to get you into the uncanny valley of music. Strange ambiances, bells, guitar loops, eerie vocal samples, all of this sounds like you're watching your favorite rock band on drugs, or even being a rock musician but slowly getting the collateral and melting your brain down. The artist says it's "a fully creative commons tribute to sufferers of Alzheimer's and Dementia". I don't know much about this stuff, but reading this reminds me of The Caretaker. Maybe this is The Caretaker but for young pseudo-intellectual millennials who just want to forget their pain and suffering with the help of rock music. Anyways, I enjoy the experimentation on this release and the album as a whole. I hope to see more of this in here.
Also I heard that this artist will be on a future album, so stay tuned!

The impetus of this project was a split between GIF and I since I wanted to try out an all new sound. Since I'd done the first four tracks for it within a week or two of agreeing to do the split while GIF hadn't finished one track in two months I got inspired to finish the thing since I had an itchy trigger finger for releasing them the whole time. Some may know GIF by other aliases and I'll be contributing tracks to one of those projects soon.

So I have listened to a future funk album that samples k-pop music called The Demise of Nanami by nano shrine. It consists of literally house music with pitched down samples. And all of them are a bop ♪ The artwork looks like it's done on photoshop or smth. It had a few anime characters (including Nanami), k-pop idols and logos, and some random text above on a windows 7 background. Overall it's pretty good and I would love to listen to it again. 🌸 sxkurx 🌸
